How it works

  • Set a goal for employees to meditate a certain number of times or minutes per week.

  • Employees meditate timed, using our meditation timer with a range of music and videos available.

  • Option of a streak challenge (i.e. who can keep up the goal the longest without a day off).

  • Choose how much PUML Coin to award winners & if you want to add custom prizes to the marketplace.
