Gratitude Challenge

In positive psychology research, gratitude is strongly and consistently associated with greater happiness. Gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve their health, deal with adversity, and build strong relationships.

Let's help your workforce practice mindfulness through gratitude and journaling. We can link with your EAP or mental health service provider. Employees earn coin daily by completing gratitude tasks.

How it works

  • Have employees check in with their mental and emotional health.

  • Employees are asked about their mood and then are prompted to journal and write three things they are grateful for.

  • If an employee responds with a negative emotion every day for an extended amount of time, it can connect employees to your EAP provider.

  • See their past moods charted on a calendar.
