## <img src="/files/adTsdMhdGDLG3uj1qed0" alt="" data-size="original">Athlete Collaborations

Our platform creates gamified physical and mental health wellbeing challenges to engage, motivate, track and reward individuals to be healthy and active. A SaaS wellbeing platform that provides analytics and data insights into at-risk work forces with low physical activity, sleep, or high levels of stress. Challenges are a proven method to educate, motivate and engage your community.

### Challenge yourself by competing with athletes at the top of their game.&#x20;

We engage talented athletes to help users form long-term healthy habits. Athletes create a health challenge and inspire youth to actively take part in physical activity, health, and fitness.

## How it works

### 1. The Athlete sponsors a challenge in the App. &#x20;

**PUML offers a range of challenges including: Meditation, Hydration, Gratitude, Steps, Stretching, Sleep, and more.**

Built with innovative and novel technology, virtual physical and mental health challenges are all gamified with our own digital currency $PUML coin and digital assets called NFTs. PUML provides **athletes** with the tools to create a memorable challenge that will promote health and wellbeing to all participants. The benefits for the participants are endless.&#x20;

### **2. The Athlete creates a series of** unique non-fungible tokens which can be collected by users for special rewards or levelling up in-game.

**These also have the possibility of unlocking several other types of rewards:**&#x20;

### Hear from Phoebe Bell, Australian Volleyball Player

**Phoebe recently joined PUML to create two challenges: Steps & Meditation. Driven by her passion for mental health, Phoebe seeks to bring the community together in hopes that she can motivate young people to care more about health and fitness, both inside and out.**

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://whitepaper.puml.io/products/athlete-challenges.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
